The General Council for Islamic Banks and Financial Institutions (CIBAFI) submitted its comments to the Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB) on the Exposure Draft (ED) (GN-10) on the "Guidance Note on Recovery and Resolution for Takaful Undertakings".

CIBAFI submitted its comments on 21^st May 2020 to the Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB) on the Exposure Draft 24 (ED-24) “Guiding Principles for Investor Protection in Islamic Capital Markets”.

The Exposure Draft has been issued on 24^th March 2020 and was open for public consultation until 24^th May 2020.

In its comments, CIBAFI thanked the IFSB for giving the opportunity to the Islamic Financial Services Industry to comment on the Exposure Draft and provided collective feedback of its member institutions from over 34 jurisdictions.

CIBAFI submitted its comments on 27^th May 2018 to the Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB) on the Exposure Draft 22 (ED-22) “Revised Standard on Disclosures to Promote Transparency and Market Discipline for Institutions Offering Islamic Financial Services [Banking Segment]”.

The Exposure Draft has been issued on 28^th March 2018 and was open for public consultation until 28^th May 2018.
